This is the first time Harvard Medical School has conducted this type of survey across all affiliate hospitals and incorporating feedback on perceptions of diversity and inclusivity. This pioneering initiative will be reaching out to all faculty and trainees in our community. The PulseWave 2 survey will take no more than three minutes and will help guide Harvard Medical School’s efforts to strengthen our community culture around including and belonging. Your experience matters, and we want to hear from faculty and trainees on how we can make the Harvard Medical School more inclusive and provide an environment of belonging.
